Wadia 170i

I am simply trying to enhance the sound quality of music played from my Ipod/Iphone through my system. Currently, my apple devices dock in a HK Bridge and I pray they will sound decent but I'm really sick of it...the sound is horrible.

My research has been focused on Cambridge and Wadia products. From my observation, the Wadia 170i seems like a good choice...all in one type of solution. If I opted for Cambridge, I would need a dock and the DAC Magic. Seems the Cambridge option would be a bit more $$$. Am I selling myself short with the Wadia 170i? Anyone used both and like one over the other? Other ideas in the $400.00 range that I am missing?

Really? Under a $100 and claimed to provide results as good as higher priced versions. I will give it a go. Thanks, Saeyedoc.

The Peachtree gear looks really clean...as well, spendy. I would not mind adding one of their powered docks and some nice speakers to our front room.
