Taking pictures/video of a rear projection systems. Hotspot problem.

Hi!

We are having trouble taking pictures/video of our new rear projection system!
On the pictures we get a hotspot, thats almost not visible by human eye.

Any suggestions?

Yeah you really need to play with the angle that you take the picture at and also adjust the shutter speed to maximum.
I know the problem well and can not say much but play with the different settings on your camera.

Sometimes sport or landscape works good?

Ive tried playing with the angle, but not the shutter speed

Yeah, its really annoying. Its hard to sell a product without pictures and videos.

I will try adjusting the shutter speed, also use the landscape and sport modus!
