Benchmark USA's Hot Beverage / Topping Dispenser

So I'm looking to get a hot butter dispenser and have been overly worried about the price in the past. Now that I see that there are cheaper options I was wondering if anyone had Tried Bechmark's 21011 unit or ever compared it with paragon's Prostyle.

Here's a quick rundown of the two

All of the Food contact parts on the Benchmark come off and go into the fridge for easy storage, Which is what drew us to it in the first place, as we only would use it on the weekend.


Paragon tech support says the new style Metal bowl will stand up in the fridge, with the pump as a lid (and be 10½" high) for storage similar to the Benchmark.


Has anyone tried the Benchmark?

Has any of the many AVS users that got the new SS Bowl for the Paragon, played with the idea of refrigeration?

The benchmark is ~$420 while the Paragon is ~$150 from what I see in stores.
