onkyo 809 HDMI problems

i have a 6 month old 809 and since day one it loses sink with my projector but now got worse.
even a hard reset doesn't work .
is this a known problem?
any solutions?

If the length of the HDMI cable from the 809 to the PJ is > 20', you'll likely need to add an HDMI extender.
