They offered me the Sony 55" HX929 for $2499. Sticker has Amazon's price of $2999.
Although it's a great price they get some money back by offering a maximum 4 year warranty for around $480. That's more than what Amazon has for a 5 year warranty. Not sure if you can buy a separate warranty from somewhere else but if you can that would be the way to go.
I asked about their return policy for things such as bad pixels. They will send someone to your house and determine if it's bad enough for a replacement. Has to be a certain percentage of dead pixels, not just 1 or 2, but said if any go bad, many more will usually follow, then you get a replacement tv.
