Hello...I am thinking about buying a projector to be able to watch 3d sbs mkvs. After searching for days I cannot find any new posts about new htpc s and projectors.
I have an AMD A8 custom Htpc with hdmi 1.4a and a pioneer vsx 1021k receiver to run it through. I can only find a $700 optoma 720p with 1.4a....
My question is if I buy a 3d ready dlplink projector in the $400 range which has hdmi 1.3 will I also have to buy one of those $200 3d boxes? Or will it still recognize the signal from my pc as 3d? And all I need is the dlplink glasses?
