Fios MR DVR

Hi all,

I am thinking of switching to Fios from DirecTV. I currently have two HD-DVR's and a HD box with DirecTV. I can watch any recorded content fron either DVR on each other and the HD box. I want to know if this would be possible with Fios with the same setup. I just talked to a Fios rep and I do not think they were understanding my question.

I was also wondering if there are any different features of the Fios MR DVR setup that would be considered a positive and or a negative as compared to DirecTV's setup.

Thanks in advance.
Chuck

1. What make/model DVR's are you talking about? Are these something from DirectTV? If so, unless they have OTA capability, they can probably only be used with that service.
2. "FiOS MR" DVR?? FiOS is a delivery method, not a manufacture or supplier of services. No idea what you are talking about. If this is Verizon FiOS, best to ask that in the Verizon FiOS thread.
