nOOb to 3D (with NEC XG 1100LC)

Have been enjoying 720p and 1080i on my XG for years. But I'm now just starting to consider upgrading to 3D if it is easy (and cheap) enough. What is the minimum equipment I need to make it work other than a 3D bluray player and glasses? Being that the XG can do 120mzh at 720P, do I really need anything else?

You will not get it working well without a lumagen radiance + model. I tried and failed on my nec xg1352lc because of a blue band on top of the image aprox 3 inches in size. It cannot be corrected without altering timings and I couldnt afford a + lumagen so I quit while I was ahead. My regular lumagen radiance xd without the plus couldnt fix it.
