HL67A750 Black line at the bottom, no shadow, just a black line about 1 inch missing,

Hi, I bought this tv for a $100 after checking everything the powersupply was bad, well i got the set to come on, now i see that im missing about an inch from the bottom, like if its not aligned properly, i will be changing the dlp chip on this tv as it has the white dots, I dont want to change the chip if the tv is going to be missing 1 inch from the bottom. what can i do?

ALRIGHT AND UPDATE TO MY PROBLEM, IT SEEMS LIKE THE LAST OWNER SWITCHED THE DLP CHIP WITH A BAD ONE, IN THE PROCESS HE DIDNT ALIGN THE DMD BOARD RIGHT CAUSING IT TO BE COME OFF CENTER, I MOVED THE DMD UP AND BOOYA, CENTERED, NOW I CAN ORDER THE DLP CHIP
