What you need to do is check both the RMS wattageratings on the amp and sub...as well as the ohms or impedance... The amp total rms wattage cannot be higher than the subwoofer or you will eventually blow your sub.. Now the ohms or impedance (same thing ) of the woofer cannot be lower than the amps ohms or you run the risk of damaging the amp... In terms of it being too little... Is the type -R SVC or DVC??? I ask because the voice cool play a role in figuring g out just what the output will be... So get back to me with RMS ratings ohm specs aand SVC or DVC and I can let u kno for sure where u stand
