Cannot move BeyondTV to secondary monitor

I'm running 2 monitors from my htpc and cannot move BeyondTV 's signal from primary to secondary monitor. The picture is blacked out even though I can still hear the audio. Is there anyway to show BeyondTV on the seconday monitor while use my primary as normal?

I just wanted to update with some info. I have an ATI HD6950 and want to use dual monitors with different resolutions. I read that vid cards can't process dx11 correctly on both so that's the problem. Yet I read later on that ATI software can enable it somehow. Can anyone help out? Thanks

I had BTV years ago and remember having a similar issue when extending to another monitor. For your video settings do you have it set to clone for the 2nd screen or to extend the desktop? If I remember correctly the issue I had was more due to the video settings (clone).

You may need to check the BTV forums. I don't think many people still use BTV on this forum.

googled for "beyond tv secondary monitor" and found the following

http://snapstream.helpserve.com/Knowledgebase/Article/View/281/1/video-does-not-play-in-overlay-mode-on-secondary-display-or-multiple-monitors

this is probably for XP, you need to edit the registry, do a search for TwinViewDXVA for vista/win7, I did this a long time ago. For beyond TV info you should really look at
