Ispell wonky

So I tyype up a mesage and go to check speling with Ispell. I'm using IE9, windows vistta. My feinds whhen I click change it does something really stannge as you can see. (WIth errors). All I'm doing is clicking the suggested corrections with the change button and it basically mangles the sentence.

You had the same problem in June and apparently fixed it by rebooting...

Tried that any it didn't solve the problem. Is there an alternative spell checker?

More details, it will actually work on the first paragraph but then craps out. Here I copied my original test three time and ran the checker.

I don't know about IE, but the one built into Firefox works fine.
