What were your symptoms?
After a few months the audio on my 4520 started cutting out. Video would still pass through but audio went absolutely nowhere (not to the amps, not to the preamps, not to the headphone jack). Called Denon, they said I had to pay to ship it to them (no service centers anywhere nearby) on my dime (which annoyed me pretty severely for something so expensive, which I told the rep). Rep said he'd see if they could pay for the shipping, and while I was on hold I somehow got "disconnected" i.e. he probably hung up on me.
Discovered that if I tapped the top of the unit the sound would kick back on. Limped along like this for a few months because I'm lazy and I still had tons of warranty left, but then one day the thing just died. Smelt burning electronics, unit would turn on but then immediately power itself off.
Ended up actually returning it to Amazon for a replacement. Funny that Denon, who was obligated to repair my product, wouldn't pay for shipping, but Amazon, who was obligated to do absolutely nothing for me, would.
When this happened I was googling to see if it had happened to others and IIRC found at least 2 or 3 other people that sounded like they had identical problems.
I've got five Denon products in my house, including three receivers, but this might be the last tbh.
