Panasonic AE7000U for $2300 with free bulb? Good/Bad?

I stopped in at Vision Electronics (Canada) today and was originally looking at the Epson 3010 or 5010. Then the guy showed me the Panasonic AE7000U and we started talking about prices. He ended up coming down to $2300 on the projector with a free bulb. And then he was going to sell me 4 3D glasses for $50 each. Since I'm in Canada we don't get the free pair of glasses. Anyways, is this a crazy deal that I shouldn't pass up? Is the Epson 5010 that much better of a projector in the black levels?

I guess to help with my decision, our room is fully light controlled and we do want a 3D projector. Gaming is also a very nice to have thing, but not totally necessary.

Thanks for the feedback. Having seen your comparison posting on projectors I'll take your word for it. It definitely sounded like a good deal though. Then again the 5020 is coming and that might just be the perfect projector for me. With the better blacks, more contrast and hopefully less lag. I like the idea of the Epson warranty as well.

Is that BestBuy deal an in-store only thing? I didn't see them online for that price.
