Looking for some good Advice on my next Projector !!

Hello everyOne,
I'm ready to upgrade from my Panasonic ae700 720p ( it's done its time)
i know what i want most is a projector with far most best PQ i can get,,,
was looking at 3d at first but , i'd watch very litttle 3d ( lack of content )
what i came up with bang for your buck is

1)-Optoma hd82 for $1,200 (pros= lens shif / great PQ / nice blacks/high end line / MRSP $4000
2) Optoma hd33 for $1,150 (pros= 3d cons =no lens shif
3) epson 8350 for $1,050 ( pros 50,000 ;1 contrast /nice PQ/

So this is what i have in mind , so far hd82 is top .

What do you guys think,, opinions or sugguestions on these or other projectors

Ok i have narrowed it down
To Optoma hd82 & optoma hd33
Hard to pick, price wise there the same(1200$)

Just wanted to see what you guys think which is a better machine overall
Which would u choose?
