I just purchased an Onkyo HTS3500 (HT-R391 receiver with speakers). I need to hook-up a Seisenheimer wireless tv headphones into the system for my 75 year old dad. The plan is for him (hard of hearing) to listen to a NETFLIX movie with those wireless headphones while my mother listens through the Onkyo HTS3500 speakers. The problem (I noticed AFTER purchase and set-up) is that there are no "pre-outs" on the receiver. QUOTE, "it has NO Pre-Outs on the receiver- once you connect onto the HEADPHONES jack- it cancels the audio outputs of all speakers until removed from the HP jack". Is there any way I can add some sort of adapter box so I can tap from the receiver? If I hook it to the TV, ONLY regular cable tv can be heard and NOT NETFLIX. What would it take to resolve this besides buying another receiver?
