I want to thank everyone again for their care and concern. I am so fortunate to have so many good friends and family here in the Phoenix area locally, as well as extended family across the internet and AVS.
And special thanks to several AVSers and friends who planted trees in Israel honoring my wife - that was really nice and means a lot.
Its really hard losing someone you love and have been with 32 years and married more than 30 years. One is never ever the same again when this occurs. Crying, sadness and sorrow often come without any effort at all, the effort is getting back to life, and being there for my two daughters as all of us need each other now more than ever.
I am working on getting back to some productivity - work, play (home theater and audio, etc). I feel like I have had that gastic tie operation but I haven't. But I am eating much less, eating much better, and I have dropped ten pounds the past month. And we haven't yet started the weight watchers online for cooking and eating - which we plan to do.
So I guess I will now resume posting some here at AVS from time to time as interests allow.
