New TV Suggestions, Challenging

My 4 year old Mitsubishi LED is starting with intermittent red and green lines, a known issue from Samsung panels of the era. This will go into a bright room during the day. I am looking for 55" min and try not to go over $2500. Here are the features I am looking for,

Great PQ
Internet
3D
Subwoofer Out
24p
at least 4 HDMI
min 120hz

I don't know which is the best 3D system.
I can't seem to find many TVs that have 24p or at least have it and name it.

I guess instead of a subwoofer out, some type of sound out for the TV and a recommendation for a sound bar with a subwoofer out. The Mitsubishi has a built in sound bar and the room is two store and a nightmare for a traditional sound system.

Any suggestions would be truly appreciated? THANKS!

Spent the entire day looking at all the model reviews I could find for 2011 and 2012 TVs and some TV bars. Starting with a Panasonic VIERA TC-P60GT50 60-Inch, my first plasma, and going from there. I might add a Yamaha sound bar, the one that passes the IR code through it.

All 3D LCD/LED TV's that I am aware of will accept 24fps content since that is the frame rate of 3D Blu-Ray disk content. They will then convert it to their native resolution. You need a TV with a native resolution of 120Hz to avoid frame rate conversion Judder which you will get when converting 24fps input to 60fps on a 60hz model
