samsung LED tv black vertical bands, no picture or sound comes on

I have a samsung Led tv, it comes on with but gives me a black scrern with 2 bands(thick vertical lines) and i cant figure out whats wrong with it. Model number Un46c6300sf

Most likely a bad LCD panel.

I used my heat gun and heated the tcon board , now it shows a picture and now i can see the menu, but its flashing so would it be the tcon board ?
