Home Theater Dimensional Advice

I need some advice, please. Up until now my HT has been limited to a 60” Pioneer 151 and we just purchased I house with a great room theater. The room is 22’ x 27’ x 9’ but it has roof line transition which limits the viewing with to just under 11’ for maximum screen width. The previous owner had his projector mounted about 16’ back and I’m trying to figure out what I need to purchase (screen/projector) to accommodate the dimensions I have. That is the equipment room and the entry door is at the other end in basically the same location. I was thinking the same but unfortunately that is how the room was constructed.

Trust me by the time I’m done with the wall treatment, hopefully you won’t know a door is at that location.

Actually the equipment is placed in that room as the wall is only in that area to provide a horizontal screen wall to place a screen. The backside of the 6' wide room has a sloping wall due to the roof line hip from the exterior lines. The current plan is to install a 138-144" 16:9 screen and once I get the other issues with the house resolved will be to relocate my equipment to another space and rebuild the wall for a larger cinema screen.
