Lost ability to scroll H.M.G. Options

I have a Pioneer 1021-k and use the IcontrolAV2 app on an Ipad3.
I used to be able scroll through all the options in the H.M.G. on my Ipad3. ie. Internet Radio>Genres. Now, it shows only the first 3 options. I have unloaded and then re-loaded the app. I have reset my IPad, by holding the home button and the off button. Pioneer customer support has no solution. The scrolling works on the Tuner option. It was working on H.M.G. It stopped working for no apparent reason. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes. I just unplugged the receiver, waited 15 seconds and plugged it in. This reset it and brought the scrolling options back.
I've done this twice and it worked both times. Let me know if it works for you.
