HD350 - Calibrated but need help with gamma curve!

Heya all.

Ive been calibrating my JVC HD350 and everything is getting close regarding colour/greyscale/bright/cont but when looking at the gamma graph it seems too high at 20% (around 2.5) and moves on an almost linear downward gradient to end up too low (at around 1.7) by 90% white.

What control needs to be adjusted to flatten the gradient of the gamma more evenly across the board?

I managed to get it tracking close to 2.2 all the way up, but to do so I had to put the Lens apertur on 3 and reduce the contrast heavily.
Everything is reading pretty close to correct, but I now have quite a low FtL, reading, around 10.

Looks ok to my eyes, perhaps a little washed out as I had to reduce the colour significantly to compensate for the HD350's incessant need to oversaturate green and blue.

I have cleaned the lenses after reading about the fogging issue on these projectors, and I'm sitting about 4m away and throwing onto a 110" screen.
Cant seem to get the screen any brighter though - maybe I need a new lamp!

One powerball and Ill be buying a Lumagen Radiance!
