666 Park Avenue-ABC - Page 4

Just great - they finally have a Sunday lineup that I would watch and what do they do???? Cancel the 10pm show. Come on now - it wasn't that bad. It had a good cast and some promising story lines - WHAT GIVES ABC???mad.gif

Not that it really matters at this point as the show is almost done, but there is something I have been wondering about.

This Kandinsky character. Was he always real and Gavin just planted that name into that woman's head to write about, or did she "create" him when she wrote his name in that fake article?
I thought she created him by writing about him, which is why I found it strange that she didn't just pick up a pen and a napkin and write that he got hit by a bus and died as soon as she freed herself.

She created him by writting about him. She clearly picked a name at random from a book. They clearly showed her creating things from her writting, altering reality, her clothes, her mother, etc.

Wow, I can't believe I didn't see that coming from a mile away with who the daughter truly was. eek.gif

I love this show. The format gives it almost unlimited story line. On a side note, this happened the day after Thanksgiving, at Parker Arizona, at a race on the Colorado River.

Driver is OK. He says he is not superstitious. Might want to reconcider that ..... then again in this picture it says .... 999.

Technically, the format limits the storyline to midseason... wink.gif

How many episodes are left?
There should be four more, but I think the more important question is when does ABC plan to broadcast them? They claimed they would, but they didn't announce a return date for the remaining episodes in 2013.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
The Last Resort writers did a better job of wrapping up their series in a single episode, IMO.

Finally finished the series. Wish it could have run longer.

Im going with she was alive. She could have walked about but now she is not. It was a rushed resolution but it was one.

By "naughty neighbor girl", I assume you mean Alexis.
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Both she and Brian are dead, in the sense that after being sealed behind the wall, they starved to death and got "absorbed" into the Drake, thus becoming Gavin's posessions, just as detective Cooper did.

That's the fiancee, Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Alexis got wacked by her and they hid the body behind a wall, and they suffered the same fate, but Gavin said Alexis was with him

Oh, right. It's been a while. redface.gif
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Even so, I think we can assume that Alexis got "absorbed" into the Drake as well.

If you still want to watch the four remaining episodes, ABC is airing them for the next four Saturdays, starting tonight.

re-watching them!

Well, no 666 this weekend. The DVR recorded what was suppposed to be '666 Park Avenue', that's what it said in the TWC Guide and on the recording's info block, but what we got instead was some insipid murder-mystery reality show. Anybody else similarly baited 'n switched?

*sigh* Now I've got to find another source for the one we missed and hope it doesn't happen again this week. Maybe On-Demand?
You mean Whodunnit? that's supposed to air at 10PM

But HOTP said so:

ABC:
8PM - Zero Hour
9PM - 666 Park Avenue
10PM - Whodunnit (R - Jun. 23)

Huh. TWC's IPG, which the DVR uses to schedule recordings, said something else. I'll record both time-slots this week in case it happens again. But I still have to find last week's episode somewhere to stay current.

Heck, I think there's only one more after this week anyway, isn't there? Weren't there 4 to burn off?
