Amp recommendation needed for transducers

I've got a Denon 4311 with a spare sub output jack. I want to drive 4 Clark Synthesis t239 silver transducers rated 150watts at 4ohm.

I'd like the amp to have 12volt trigger and cross-over control. I plan to put the amp next to my Denon so the typically recommend amp made to go in a subwoofer cabinet won't work.

Looks interesting but does not have the 12v trigger for on and off.
