Rustoleum Metallic Accents Canada

This is the only product I am having trouble sourcing in Canada for my MaxxMudd screen. I have tried Homedepot, both online and in store.

I have also email tech support at Rustoleum and they said HD and Lowes carry it. I do not have a Lowes anywhere near me.

Has anyone in Canada had any luck finding this stuff?? Please let me know where you got it from. Certainly it can't be that only our brotheren to the South can paint a diy screen with this stuff!!

Thanks for the help,

Tony

Tony,

I've never heard of either of those stores carrying such. confused.gif Only Menards stores. What's stopping you from ordering from the Amazon vendor? Shipping + VAT?

PM me and I'll do whatever I can to help you over the hump.

Would this be the same stuff?/

I don't think Rona would make their own paint. Someone (ie Rustoleum) would be making it for them.

Might be...but the only way to know is to get some and report your findings.

Without the Rustoleum to compare directly to, it's going to be a case of blind judgement though.

After some emails back and forth with Rustoleum I have found out they supply Rona with the Metallic Accents paint that is then rebranded as Rona brand.

So if you are in Canada and are looking for the toughest ingredient to find for Silver Fire check the closest Rona store.

Much appreciated CanadianZ! I was actually just about to try to figure out if the Rona product or the Modern Masters metallics (carried at SW) would be the same (or at least acceptable similar).
