Need help identifying these surround spakers

They have Velodyne tags on the grills but no other markings.
They are not the DECO series, and I can't find any data on them.

The seller does not know the model number either.

Any suggestions in terms of model number would be appreciated.

May do it, but they seem to have
very little in the way of reviews.

The do look like they would survive
in an outdoor theater (perhaps).

They don't look to good in terms of specs, 4 ohm
and no mention of the power handling. Not to many
low power 4 ohm options out there to power these.
