Is this normal on Panasonic Plasma

Hi all,
Just got my plasma turned on. Running the slides for breakin. I noticed on both a dvd and slides, even when on zoom, there's a thin black edge of pixels that don't line up around the border of the TV. (see picture) It's about 3/8" on the top and bottom and 1/4" on the other two sides. Almost like the screen isn't totally centered. Shouldnt the image go all the way to the plastic border or is this normal? I don't want to continue breaking in if I'm burning in a black edge. Thanks!

It's a border of black masking surrounding the active area of the panel. It's there to hide the edge of the panel where it meets the bezel. There is no image below that mask - the image ends right at the edge of the mask.
