Is there such a thing as a small, wireless smart tv?

My girlfriend recently asked me about possibly mounting a ~24-inch television on the wall in our kitchen for when she cooks.

Among the challenges of doing so is the fact that we get Netflix and Amazon Prime, but do not subscribe to cable.

Does anyone make a small smart TV with wireless capability and built in Netflix? I haven't found any so far

Not that I know of. An alternative would be to buy an all-in-one PC (e.g., a Dell or Asus) and mount that.

Velcro tape a Roku to the back of the TV.

Edit to add, The Roku XS has a bluetooth remote so line of sight for IR is not an issue, and there are Iphone and Android apps you can use to control it as well.
