Wireless HD video distribution options.

I have been planning on putting a tv outdoors and stumbled upon the wireless HD video distrubution offerings. How well do these things work. The TV will be within 50' of the main receiver but will have to travel through a brick exterior wall with a lot of windows that is shared by both the porch and living room. It seems like the IOGEAR GW3DHDKIT is the only one that sends 5.1 signal out as well. This isn't a huge problem now but at 200 bucks i'd like to make sure i buy something that if i send a signal to a 5.1 source it'll work.

Does anyone have the IOGEAR GW3DHDKIT that can talk of how well it works?

Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just an update but I've had the iogear system now for a week or so and it seems pretty nice. I certainly will be able to use it outdoors. I've tested it through a couple walls and was able to get signal but your results may vary. My only thing so far has been that it only has hdmi connections so if u want to run a projector or tv without hdmi you'll need another converter box.
