Replay stops just before completing nightly download

For the past 2 nights I've not gotten any downloads from Replay (I got error messages about the problem). This morning, twice I did the 243 zones/net connect reset; the connection was completed as was every part of the update until it reached "Combining Data" and then it stopped, dead. I got the message that it couldn't complete & would try again later (or something to that effect). Any suggestions?
