Leaving the HSU vtf-2 mk4 sub on "on mode" instead of "auto mode" at all time?

I recently bought the vtf-2 mk4 sub. I was wondering, if I left it on "on mode" at all times instead of "auto mode" will it cause it harm in any way and shorten life expectancy?

I don't think it draws substantially more energy than when it's sleeping on auto. This has been asked before and the Hsu guys have said it's not a big deal to just leave the sub on.

No. Ive got both of mine set to on all the time. Ive also talked with Pete at Hsu (when he was still there) about this very thing. Its fine to just leave them on.

^^ same here... always on. Was told by Pete it drew no more power when not in use. Mine have been on for over a year now.
