Bookshelf or Tower Speakers for Surrounds?? Please help me. (Infinity P163 or P363)

I have Infinity P363 fronts and Infinity PC351 center and Polk PSW505 sub. I am running an HK AVR 2650 receiver and want a 5.1 setup. Should I buy Infinity P163 or another set of P363 for my surrounds? Assume that cost is not an issue in the decision.....which will give me the better Home Theatre experience?

imo,another pair of 363's for surrounds would be overkill the 163's would be great

If P163 and P363 are same cost, which would you purchase? Also, should I be worried about powering these with my HK AVR 2650?

thanks again.....this is my first setup and just nervous about decisions.

Towers in the side surrounds are good for multi-channel music. Smaller speakers that you can get 1' to 2' above ear level are better for movies. So you need to decide which you'd rather emphasize.

As for power, what size room do you have, and how loud do you like to listen?

Most receivers are capable of at least modest volume with 5 channels driven. You may have trouble reaching reference volume, depending on the size of your room and your listening position.

Hi kandmanterprise, I try using P163 and P363 for surround and found P163 (about 2' above ear level) to give off sound effects more encompassing. So now I have P363 fronts, PC351 center, P163 side surrounds and P363 as rear surrounds (still in search for a subwoofer) connected to a Denon 1909 with no issue.
