Error Uploading Image - Are you sure this is a valid image file ?

I tried to upload this image to a post:

http://media.theiapolis.com/d4/hML/i20GD/k4/l2142/w1HB/gary-oldman-as-stansfield-in-the-professional.jpg

The url started with http and ended with .jpg so I don't know why I got this Message:

Error Uploading Image

Are you sure this is a valid image file?

Could anyone explain why this particluar image would not upload ? ?

There is no image...I just get an error page.
Besides, an image and a URL are two entirely different things.

I know, thats weird, it's like the url is mutating.

I pulled up the isolated jpg again here:

I just tried this link..... it's a working link... for now .....
