Need a video recorder

Hope this is the correct forum for my problem.

I am in charge of recording our church's services every week. We have two video cameras that send to an A/V mixer with outputs to individual monitors and to an old DVD recorder. The DVD recorder is on its last leg and is giving us huge problems so I need to replace it.

What I would like is a video recorder that takes either S-video or composite video inputs, has at least one composite video output for monitoring and records to internal storage that can be copied to a thumb drive or maybe records to a removable SD card or something like that, so I can take it home and edit it for web deployment.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I would prefer to not use a PC. Was hoping there was a stand alone recorder that would fit my needs.
