Theaterseatstore.com - Great experience

How do you like the Manual recline seats, I was thinking about getting some but was thinking power may be the best but I've never actually had power seats.

Glad I'm not the only one that feels manual recline is fine, not just for the cost savings but also not having to run power to the seats or deal with potential maintenance issues down the line (or adding another costly warranty). I'm still undecided on my seats but my budget is about $350 - $400 per so basically something by Lane or Seatcraft is where I'm looking.

How did you get them so cheap? They are listed at $599/seat on that website? Also, I see you have a center loveseat in the back row, was that a special order? Could I accomplish that with a curved config? Thanks in advance...

After looking around for a bit I found that the Seatcraft Venetian appears to be identical to the Lane Matinee but comes with lighted cup holders and bases. At a couple of places it's $429 per chair but **************** (not theaterseatstore.com) is offering free lighted cup holders right now so I contact them and they said they would take $25 off per chair since the Venetian already has lighted cup holders, bringing them down to around $400 per seat. **************** also trades as htoutlet on eBay and Patricia has been very good with communication so far. I might just go with the Venetian....

I am about to place an order. I decided on the Seatcraft signiture 12006. I am limited in space for the 1st row of seating and they are 91" wide for 3.

The blocked out site you listed above seems to have the best prices so far but I would love to bring business to one of the vendors here if they could match it.

Before you order from theaterseatstore.com you must do this!!!! Get a best buy rewards zone card. When you are a member, and you buy 3 or more seats from there, you get triple reward zone points!!

I bought 6 chairs from them 1 year ago, and wound up getting almost $300 in best buy bucks! You almost get a chair for free!!!

Good to know about the reward zone, I've accumulated (and used) a lot of reward zone rewards over the years from BB. Shame you can't pay with a BB credit card and get 0% finance for 18 months

I checked with theaterseatstore.com and you can only get the BB rewards if you don't get any other discounts (not even the 5% coupon).

Dont go through theaterseatstore.com for the rewards. Just take your receipt and invoice number and call BB RZ and tell them what you bought. they will honor it that way....

So you can buy any seat from theaterseatstore and get reward points. Not just the magnolia ones?

Like many people looking at this post I was wondering who to place my seat order with. On December 14, 2012 I placed my order with theaterseatstore.com for $3600 worth of Lane furniture. I had read many good and many bad reviews of ordering with this company. When I placed my order I was told I would receive my shipment within 10 to 21 business days which would have been a received shipment of January 28 to January 14. A couple days before Jan. 14 I sent a chat message stating I had not received a call from the shipping company and asking if my order would ship on time. I was told Lane was back-ordered on my seats and they would ship January 16. On January 18 I still had not received a call from anyone and contacted theaterseatstore.com about my order and was told it was delayed again and would now ship Jan. 30. I was not happy that my latest update put my order arriving about a month later than the LATEST arrival I was given when I ordered.

January 23 Update: I have still not received my Lane 222 End Zone seating but I did receive an e-mail (he actually tried to call but I have been out of town all day) from Chris Fawcett, Customer Service Director, apologizing for the delay. He has changed my shipping to FedEx Freight Priority and included a stain protection plan. The apology he gave seems sincere and though I obviously am not happy my order is arriving so late I appreciate that someone is actually acting on my behalf now. The people I have had communications with at theaterseatstore have all been friendly and professional, and while I understand mistakes and delays do happen the lack of communication has probably been their biggest weakness (why should a customer have to initiate the communication when there is a problem with shipping dates?). I believe most of my shipping issues have been due to Lane Furniture but as a retailer you have to stand behind the actions of your suppliers. I feel much better about this situation today than when I originally posted this, and appreciate the communication and action being taken by Chris to try and make things right with me. Will try to update this post to let everyone know how this turns out and also about how well I like the seats.

Feb. 8 Update: I'm a bit behind on my update but I did receive my seats on January, 28. They arrived at my local FedEx Freight warehouse almost immediately (Saturday Jan. 26) but they were not going to be able to deliver until the following Thursday so I elected to take a truck and trailer and pick them up at the warehouse on Monday. Chris Fawcett came through on his word that I would have them before Super Bowl. While I would definitely say this was a very frustrating experience over all I do appreciate Chris for doing the right thing and trying to make it better.
The seats arrived in good shape and I am very happy with them so far. As a heads up to anyone who orders these (or any seats this large) be prepared to work with them a bit to get them through the door and into your house. They came fully assembled and are large and heavy, which I love, but it does make them a little difficult to maneuver through a door way. Easiest way I found was to unbox them outside lay them sideways onto a 4 wheel furniture mover and caddy corner them in. Also, my seats looked like they should "attach" to each other as the unfinished sides have a type of "flap". Turns out they actually just sit side by side with nothing physically attaching them (though they look like a single unit after setting up this way).

I was looking at the exact same seats in manual recline. I'd love to hear some more feedback on them.

How many stopping positions are there on the recline? Upright, mid-way and all the way back?

Also, is it a button release or pull latch to engage the recline?

How's the comfort?

as far as manual recline...

There are certain things that I never thought I needed that once I had them I now know I will never be without.
Smartphone, dual temp control in my car, DVR, subwoofer and now electric recline chairs! It really makes that much of a difference.

I had a horrible experience with http://www.theaterseatstore.com (Interiormarks company). I placed order back in November. Furniture delivered 5 weeks later.(1 st week of January 2013). They promised me that it will be delivered in Dec. Well that is not the problem...yet. I opened the boxes to see defective pieces. I immediately called them. They told me that tech support only work on week days. So i waited for following monday. Now here...are the problems..and be my guest if you want to buy this cheap (over priced furniture made in Mexico/China)
1. Delay to deliver
2. Bought Paliser- Bullet (most expensive one like $700/piece) and they were defective
3. I sent them pictures with problem info in first week of January
4. Poor service..! they responded back after 3-4 weeks. I kept calling and no reply. I gave up and did put a dispute with credit card. That is when they called me

After 3 months...I am still waiting for furniture to be fixed. They are bad to followup, poort service and headeche. If you want to deal with it go ahead and place order. Remember, i looked inside the furniture and this brand is not well made. I think some of the people who are writing are from the company itself.
Sorry folks,....this isnot a good company to deal with.
