Cables for Lumagen Vision HD

Hi, I was looking at getting a used VIsion HD to convert different inputs for an older Sony HDTV that only has a component input, no HDMI. It has a nice 1080i picture but I would like to connect some other inputs to it such as the VGA output from a laptop as well as a WD Media Player. In reading the manual for a Lumagen, it looks like it is capable of taking RGB and digital inputs and then converting them to a YPbPr output through the output DVI connector. My question is will the cables on monoprice work with the Vision HD?

For example, can I use this DVI to component cable to connect the Lumagen to my HDTV?

Thanks, I was wondering how the sync signals would be input into the Lumagen, I missed that in the manual. It doesn't look like they have a HD15 to 5 RCA but I could use my HD15 to BNC cable that I have and just get several BNC to RCA adapters I guess. Thanks for the help!
