Onkyo speakers VS. Sony floorstanding speakers!!!!

Alright audiophiles, I received my Onkyo HT-s9400thx about a month ago now.. I am using this in a FREAKIN' HUGE ROOM.. My living room is essentially (nay, LITERALLY) a converted warehouse that my wife and I reside in.. Freakin' sweet..
This is what's up.. My 9400thx came with a "okeydokeyish" subwoofer and some pretty small fronts.. They're basically tall bookshelf speakers.. I was wondering if I replaced these "tallish" bookshelf speakers on their stands with a pair of Sony SS-F7000 floorstanding speakers would it enhance my experience? I WANT A *HUGE* SOUND... I feel like my sound is only middle of the road right now..

My Onkyo package included the Onkyo HT-R990 receiver...

Also, in the near future I plan on replacing the "okeydokeyish" sub with a HSU research VTF-15H sub.. Maybe even a second one after a little bit... I WANT HUGE SOUND!!!

I don't know if it helps matters, but my living room is about 18' x 25' with around an 18' ceiling and concrete floors.. Warehouse, remember?

Please, help me go from mad.gif to eek.gif

So you're going to spend $1000 on your subwoofer but upgrade to Sony speakers?

Get some better main speakers too!

That's a very good point, I didn't think of it like that.. I kind of like the Klipsch floor standers but the thing is I listen to almost 100 percent dance music (trance, deep bass) so I don't know if those are necessary.. I want a LARGER sound and deeper bass, do you think the floor standers would have ANY effect?
