can I use a classic T antenna run across my front wall (old school FM style) as a UHF/VHF antenna?
I'm in a first floor apartment with 4 story brick buildings on all sides of me and 3 floors above me. I've played with positioning rabbit ears but I have not been able to get clear reception, free of dropouts and I am missing my PBS station.
I wanted to build a DIY antenna the coat-hanger with four V's but due to WAF and the need to get it as high as possible it doesn't look like that will be happening.
so would mounting a ribbon of wire around the top corner of my room or around the whole room's crown give me better reception?
