Very annoying having to wait all day. I was about to leave for the evening right as the truck showed up. They got lucky, it's a 2 hour trip back to Baltimore. Why is the DC distrobution center all the way in Baltimore?! The truck driver told me his truck broke down in the morning and then he had a couple of customers that took an extremely long time. OK great, fine, but how about an update with an estimate so I can leave my house at some point during the day?
Then, the delivery guys were acting exhausted and complaining of the awful day they had. They made it sound like if they had to unbox and setup the set they would just die. So of course I told them no problem, I'll take care of it myself, have a nice day, drive back safe. It wasn't difficult to do but part of the Amazon "enhanced delivery" that was to be expected. And now of course I have to deal with this giant box!TL:DR
I had a terrible experience with delivery of the TV, but it was free delivery into my apartment's living room. How can I complain waking up Sunday morning with a huge screen ready to watch some football?
