No overscan or underscan issue is obvious using htpc.

. I'm apparently getting quite a bit of light leakage around the edges. In fact, on a pure black screen, there is a large grey blotch on the left side of the screen low, and the bottom of the screen on the left (two different ones). There's also one center right. Would someone here know what to do to the brightness and contract to minimize this? It's not bad on normal programming, but I was watching some side boxed material streaming from Amazon this evening, with black title slates in it (Ken Burns' Civil War series) and it just about drove me up the wall.
