Not recieving subscription notification for a subscribed to thread.

This is regarding the Official OPPO BDP-103 Owner's Thread.

When my cursor goes over the (★ Subscribed) link at the top of the page, it notifies me that: "you are subscribed for immediate email notifications", but I don't receive any.confused.gif FYI: i receive emails for other threads I am subscribed to.

About 3 or 4 days ago. Also, didn't get an email alert for your post and I made sure I was subscribed here for that also.

I'll ask them to have a look at the logs.

Your ISP was bouncing them all back to us which caused you to be blacklisted. It should be good now.

FYI:
After making post # 1141 in the Official OPPO BDP-103 Owner's Thread today, I am not getting subscribe notifications to any of the new posts again.

Doing it again, It seems to happen every time I post a message that I loose AVS Subscription notification ability.

Can anything be done? It never happened in all my past years here.confused.gif

Not sure how ISPs work and I really want to correct the problem. All I know is that I haven't received any notifications for quite some time again. Who do you suggest I ask on my end so this stops happening?

Your provider is rejecting them again seeing them as spam. I would suggest using something more reliable like Gmail, at least for AVS.

Understood.

After talking to my provider they're telling me they need one of the rejected notifications to be sent to them to trace the problem.
If it's possible could you forward one to:

support@surewest.net

and also a copy to:
ATStest@surewest.net
