Denon 1913 is having issues with the bluray video

Hey Everyone,

Need some advice, I just bought a denon 1913 and for the most part I love it, except for when I watch a movie on my panasonic bluray player. When I'm watching a movie the video will cut out and all you can hear is the audio and even sometimes it displays an error saying to check the output device.. I checked the cable and even swapped the hdmi cable but I get the same results. When I plugged the bluray directly into the tv it appears to work the only downside is Im not taking advantage of the hdmi quality audio. My setup is bluray player plugged into the bluray port on denon and denon plugged into the Sony Bravia tv all using hdmi.

Has anyone experienced this symptom if so any advice?

If the BDP has a "Deep Color Output" setting, disable it or set it to OFF. Otherwise, try plugging the BDP into each of the other HDMI inputs in the 1913 to see if one works better than another. Also try replacing the HDMI cable with one from another set of cables (eg. Monoprice).
