I bought this device years ago to upscaler my nintendo gamecube games.
I trying to sell it but i wish try to resolve a issue.
Characters and zombies on resident evil remake are barely visible on screen. I cant brighter the image, if so the shadows and darker areas turns on gray shapes, the details dont come out. WTF.
Metroid prime dark rooms are a pain in ass.
I spent 380,00 bucks on this piece of **** and i cant sell it.
the same problem happens on dvd player.

what is wrong? this device its suppose to work with video games and dvd signals.
problem on vga cable? i dont think so. I using the cable shipped with the scaler.
I contacted the support on www.converters.tv website and the they would contact the Manufacturer for helping me. But i got no help for this problem.
if you have some guess what could be, tell me please.
