I see. You were talking about speaker cabinet size and not the driver size. There are a few HTiB systems in that price range to look at (Yamaha, Onkyo, Pioneer, etc) but I'm not sure about the wireless part. Keep in mind that wireless, at least for the side channels, is not truly wireless in that you still need an outlet to plug the wireless receiver into and then run wire to the speakers from that. It's only wireless from the receiver to the avr.
