LG 42LM6200 Calibration help

I just got the LG 42LM6200 3D LED Smart TV and would like some recommended settings for it. I have the following inputs in use:

-HDMI 2: Cable box on HDMI 1.3a

-PS3 HDMI 1 on HDMI 1.4 I think I know it's the latest specification that supports 3D, Ethernet and Audio return.

-Xbox 360 on the same cable as the PS3

I have a Wii on the component input but that'll be upgraded to a Wii U in a month so it's no big deal if I get calibration settings for that

Any links to help properly calibrate would be apperciated and if it helps I do have a Blu-ray burner so I could burn a BD of calibration software. I tried searching for settings on here and on the web but to no avail.

First off, using the picture menu settings values from another TV like yours will not result in a calibrated display, as explained in this "sticky" thread from the top of this section of the forum:
