The speaker hunt is almost over! Need help between these three.

So here is the current round of speakers I'm looking at for primarily movie watching and gaming with decent amounts of music.

Polk Audio Monitor 50 at Frys for 49.99 each with free shipping. Would likely pair with a CS20 (assuming those would be timbre matched).

Jamo S426 - 69.99 each at Frys with free shipping. No idea what I would pair it with. Would it be a close match with an actual Klipsch center?

Infinity Primus p363 - 109 each, free shipping. Not sure on a center that is as goodd or better than the CS20 or it's cost.

Haven't had a chance to listen to any of them but! I heard a Polk RTi300 at Best Buy and liked it. I liked the Klipsch KF 26 more. Not sure if the Jamo sounds similar to other Klipsch speakers and if the monitor sounds as good or better than the RTi300.

Sidenote: Heard a Martin Logan Motion 20 today and...It was nice. Very nice. Ultimately out of my price range so I have no idea why I mentioned that!

Jamo S426 5 speaker package is on Amazon for $169.

Instead of $140 a pair, you can get a center and two satellites for $30 extra.

I am also planning to get this, but I am looking for the Jamo Sub 210. Vann's are out of stock, they are at $100.

The only one I've heard in your list is the Primus P363. I would buy them in a heartbeat. Actually, I have. Four pairs of them to be exact. Gave a pair to my brother-in-law and another pair to my parents. I use the remaining two pairs as wide and rear speaker channels in my HT. My main speakers are Revel Performa F52s and would have to say they are about 60% of the sound quality at less than 1/30th the cost. Had I not already owned the Revels, I would be perfectly happy with the P363s. They are definitely THAT good. No surprise since both companies are owned by Harman and may share technology. Both are very neutral speakers and measure extremely well both on and off axis.

fwiw, of your list dont know how big your room is but if you can put towers in it the 363's would definitly be your best bet and i would also pick up the pc351 center channel($200 on amazon) to give you the best timbreacross the front

My guess, you mention it because you consider the Motion 20's to have good sound and the other speakers are being compared to the sound quality you found in the Martin Logan's and you really want the Martin Logan's.

My take on life, always go with what makes you all warm and fuzzy inside and if the Martin Logan's work for you, and you can swing it, then seriously, you should consider them.

You mentioned liking the Klipsch, KF-26 floor standing speakers and yet, again, you're looking at other speakers.

Please, even if more than you want to spend and your budget will allow it, buy the speakers you like the sound of. For doing so, in the end, your ears will thank both of us.

I thhink based on what you both have said I'm going to go with the P363. After seeing them compared more with Monitor 70s as opposed to 50s and knowing they're made by Harman I decided it may be the best bet. Forgot the room size - It's about 16ft w x 17ft l. I'll be sitting around 10 feet from the T.V...10ft...No wonder our 42 seems small now heh.

I was posting the other speakers as to help with recommendations. I figured if you guys heard those you might know what sound I like. Thought it would be more helpful than not mentioning any thing since I wasn't able to test out the ones I was looking at. The Logan's are simply way too much for right now. It started with the sales lady telling me they were in fact Motion 10s on clearance for 111 a piece and the only ones they had were the floor models I was listening to which were 99 for being floor models. When I went to buy them she informed me she was wrong, they were the Motion 20 and they were 750 a piece. My heart was broken. Oh well. I heard mixed things on the Motion 10s anyways.

One final thing before I click "buy". I saw some Energy CF 30s at Futureshop for 149.99 and some BIC Dv64 6.5 for 124.99 at Amazon. Would those be better than the P363? I read some reviews that said the Energys sound a little muddled and harsh at higher volumes.
