BH9520TW Audio/Video Syncing Problem

Hey guys,

First post here..! My setup is an LG 55lm9600 with a LG BH9520TW Home Theater system.. The problem I am having is to do with the Bluray player itself. Whenever watching 3D Blurays the video lags by around a quarter of a second which I have to correct in the setup every time by selecting the certain delay in the audio I wish.. Thing is though when I watch normal 2D movies or convert the 3D back into 2D the audio sync is fine... Kind of annoying seeing as I have to change the delay from 250 milliseconds back to 0 depending on what I'm watching 3D/2D... Anybody have any ideas on the problem I am experiencing? I have all the latest software on my units and am using a good quality HDMI 1.4 cable.. I have tried different HDMI cables and it is also worth mentioning I didn't have this problem on an older model LG bluray player I had..

Thanks mate ill give this a go, I already had AV Sync turned on on the tv which hasn't had an effect unfortunately..

It seems that 'game mode' actually fixes the audio sync problem, obviously the picture quality is seriously degraded though... Surely I shouldn't be having this problem with both LG's latest model products and software installed, surely...?

Thanks for the help mate, perhaps I will just use the delay function when watching 3D content and hope that the issue is fixed later down the track with further software updates. I have contacted LG and the only advice they gave me apart from trying a different HDMI cable was to turn on AV Sync on the TV which I already had switched on.
