Now available for 1749.99 with free shipping.

I just purchased this set this morning. I've heard very good things about the TV, with the biggest negative being the reflectiveness of the screen......nearly as bad as a typical plasma. This is not an issue for me in the room where the TV will reside.

I'm replacing a 65" Toshiba DLP that is failing.......I've been tracking the Vizio for a while, waiting for the right deal.....the price just dropped and I can't stand looking at the Toshiba anymore so I jumped on it.

This sounds like the best price you can get on a decent 65" LCD. I don't want to break my bank, but I need a big screen due to long view distance and don't want to sacrifice quality.

I just found a Samsung UN65EH6000 on Dell.com for $1,689.91 + Tax & FS. So the price would depend on your local sales tax but for me that puts it at $1800 delivered.

Sam's Club has it for $1698 online. You should be able to get Amazon to price match this after it ships using their TV price guarantee. I'm very close to making this purchase to replace a failing Samsung DLP. Please let us know your impressions of the TV as well as the price match procedure if you go forwards with that!

I just price matched a 47" Vizio from Amazon that was $799 with Sam's price of $748. You can do it ahead of time by calling Amazon and asking for the "large items department" to do a "price match on a TV". Or you can do it after you order it. I preferred to do it ahead of time to insure that it went through. It is very easy to do.

Just pulled the trigger on Amazon BF $1499 deal, only shity part was they out of stock so they saw sometime after dec 24. O well for that price I'll be patient.
