Combining video and audio

The latest I could find on this was from 2008, so bear with me.
Of course purely a hypothetical question :
I have an iso with DTS HD MA soundtrack, but 2D. And I have the same title with a 5.1 soundtrack but in 3D.
Is it possible through remuxing to combine it into a 3D title with DTS HD MA sound?

I extracted and remuxed allright so I have now a 3D title with a DTS HD MA soundtrack. But, (didn't see that coming): here's my predicament;
1. TMT 5 plays 3D AND HD MA fine. But not the (converted) subs.
2. On the other hand, VLC plays 3D AND converted 3D subs alright but no HD MA Audio.
Any good ideas out there?
