1) If I have a friend record a Stevie Wonder song with his own vocal and guitar, and use it as background music on a free, nonprofit You Tube video, will I get into trouble with Stevie Wonder or You Tube?
2) Using Windows Live Movie Maker software, is it possible to generate a different color background screen on which to put titles, credits, etc? All I can get is a black screen. I cannot find any buttons for that.
3) I recently purchased a TASCAM microphone with has so little volume that I have to put it right to my face, which then makes the voice distorted due to breathing. This microphone uses a battery. Is that to power an amp or an electrostatic device?
4) Is there any reason I should not buy a moving coil mic instead that uses no battery? I will use it for voice-over work, but I need gain and I want to be able to speak into it from one foot away in whispering and still have it pick up the sound adequately.
